Restrict Wire To A DarkRP Class

I have been playing on a server and it lags because of wiremod. Everyone spams it (not on purpose) and the administrators are going to remove it from the game. I was seeking help in how to restrict wiremod to a single class so that players can make it their job to help others create wire stuff. Any help appreciated.

That's probably the only reason they want to join the server. With wire, the possibilities are endless. They just need more admins.
